If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all inserts and accessories.

  • Due to hygiene and health reasons, used products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used foot care products (toe separators, insoles, heel protectors, etc.).

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Customized or special-order products.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Care@biotechcarellc.com with your order details.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong product sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
